From the city center it is only a few steps to the valley station of the Ro\u00dfkopf ski area. Skiers, tobogganists and winter hikers will find a snow-sure winter landscape and an impressive panoramic view on the 2000 meter high Ro\u00dfkopf. The family-friendly ski area offers perfectly groomed slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers.\nThe longest, snow-covered and illuminated toboggan run in Italy with a length of 9.6 km awaits tobogganists.\nRustic huts invite you to stop off. The Ratschings-Jaufen ski area extends from 1,300 m to 2,150 m. It is one of the most modern in South Tyrol. 25 km of easy to moderately difficult pistes are available for you to have fun in the snow. Tobogganers will also get their money's worth, a 5 km long track takes you from the mountain station down into the valley.\n\nThe Ladurns ski area in the Pflersch Valley with its 16 pistes of varying difficulty promises pure adventure for the whole family. Easy to difficult slopes with guaranteed snow, a fun park for snowboarders and a 6.5 km long toboggan run to the valley station inspire young and old.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In Vipiteno and the surrounding area you will find numerous hiking trails and mountain huts. A leisurely winter hike in a fantastic snowy landscape ensures peace and serenity. In the rustic alpine huts, your physical well-being is well taken care of.\n\nA special highlight is the ice skating on the town square of Vipiteno, directly under the Twelve Tower, which is offered from the end of January to the beginning of March.
